Ethiopian Emanuel United Church strongly believes that proper adulthood and healthy families are the core components in God’s kingdom that God’s kingdom on earth will expand exponentially. The Adult and Family Directorate is tasked with a responsibility to enrich and equip local churches to have adult and family ministries through education and training so that they can be engaged in building families by helping them discover and pursue God’s purpose in through families and adulthood growth. Whether they are married or single, young or old, somewhere in between, the Church strives to find a place to engage and support them to have and experience real community life with each other and with their own family engagement as well.

Local churches also engaged in Bible study groups with each other to understand God’s Purpose and to apply it into everyday lives. Further, discuss the real-life struggle and learn together for the betterment of adulthood and family life.
