Development and holistic services are some of the main focus areas that the Church has engaged in. In partnership with other organizations like compassion international, KHC, and OCM, various developmental activities have been provided to children and elders who can be able to support themselves under the auspice of the Church’s developmental association. Such developmental activates are provided under the Ethiopian Constitutional provision which has also a directorate office oversee by its board of trustees. Besides, the Church encourages and supports local churches to be engaged in developmental activities.

The Church also promotes the value of hardworking and its importance to the Country’s holistic development instead of having a charitable mentality.
